Parking lot & walkways were not cleared of snow/ice.
Convenient location, friendly staff, above average breakfast bar, non smoking room turned out to be a smoke filled environment along with hallway, heat & lighting in room was inadequate, forced air unit always appeared to be circulating someone else's cigarette smoke.
